The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved Route 432 in July 2013
Revised Route Map:
The revised loop (8/13) shows the bus going up Greensboro Drive which will allow workers in Tysons Corner Virginia to use this bus too.
Fairfax County and Fairfax Connector has asked residents for input on the proposed rush hour bus routes that will serve the new Metro Stations along the Silver Line. The Silver Line opens in early 2014 due to a construction and testing delay.
The proposed bus Route 432 in Vienna will shuttle rush hour passengers out of Tysons
and past Wolf Trap Performing Arts Center. The proposed route has the route turning from Trap Road onto Old Courthouse down the winding road which has no sidewalks.
In my opinion, having the bus run down Beulah Road will serve Vienna residents living in Northeast allowing them to leave their cars at home. If you want to give input to Tom Biesiadny, the director of the county’s transportation department, you can do so via email.
